What does your service include?
I provide high-quality underwater video documentation and a detailed written report of what I observe and would recommend.
Are you a marine surveyor?
No. A marine surveyor provides an official valuation and safety certification of a vessel. My service is focused on visual documentation and helping you spot potential issues early. Many clients use my reports as a second set of eyes before hiring a surveyor or taking further action.
Why would I need this service if I’m already hiring a surveyor?
Marine surveyors don’t always include detailed underwater video footage in their process. My service provides affordable, clear visual records that can help you make more informed, unbiased decisions and give you peace of mind between formal surveys.
Do you clean the hull or make repairs?
How often should I have this done?
No. I focus strictly on inspection and documentation. If issues are found, I’ll recommend that you contact the appropriate service provider.
Many owners choose annual documentation, while others schedule before/after buying, selling, or major trips. It’s also helpful if you keep your boat in the water year-round.
Do you provide insurance documentation?
Yes — many clients use our video and reports as supplemental evidence for insurance claims or maintenance records.
Do you take on custom underwater jobs?
