Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. Please review the following policies carefully, as they outline the responsibilities, limitations, and agreements between Gulf Coast Dive Inspections (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our clients (“you” or “customer”). By booking a service with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Our Complete Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy
1. Services Provided
Gulf Coast Dive Inspections offers non-destructive, visual underwater inspection services for boats (up to 100 ft), docks, sea walls, and pools. We provide detailed photo/video documentation and written reports. We do not perform marine surveys, appraisals, structural engineering analysis, or repair services.
2. Booking & Payment Policy

All services must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling.

Payments are non-refundable once booked, except in the case of cancellation by Gulf Coast Dive Inspections (e.g., unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances).

If a client cancels more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, the booking may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

If a client cancels within 48 hours of the appointment or fails to reschedule, the payment is forfeited.
3. Liability Waiver & Assumption of Risk
By booking and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of liability:

You understand that underwater inspections involve inherent risks, including but not limited to environmental hazards, water conditions, and marine life.

Gulf Coast Dive Inspections assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during, before, or after the inspection.

Our inspections are visual only and represent the observed condition at the time of inspection. We do not guarantee the future performance, safety, or condition of any vessel, dock, pool, or structure.

Clients are solely responsible for making maintenance, safety, or purchase decisions based on the inspection findings.
4. Customer Presence
Clients may choose to be present or absent during the inspection. If absent, clients must provide accurate identifying information for the property or vessel (e.g., vessel name, slip number, pool address, dock description). Client must also ensure any access restricted elements are addressed (i.e. gate guard, locked gate, marina entry, etc.)
5. Report Delivery

All inspection reports, photos, and videos will be delivered electronically within 48–72 hours of the inspection.
6. Add-On & Rush Services
Clients may purchase additional services such as urgent/rush inspections or extended consultation. These fees are due at booking, must be completed over the phone, and are subject to the same non-refundable policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Gulf Coast Dive Inspections, its owner, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, profits, or claims related to the inspected property.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

Information We Collect: When you book a service, we may collect your name, contact details, payment information, and relevant property or vessel details.

How We Use Information: This information is used solely for scheduling, completing, and delivering inspection services, as well as providing customer support.

Data Security: We use secure platforms (such as Wix and trusted payment processors) to safeguard your personal and financial information. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.

Client Communication: By booking with us, you consent to receive service-related emails, texts, or calls regarding your inspection. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Retention: We retain inspection records and client details only as long as reasonably necessary for business or legal purposes.

We may capture photos or videos during inspections and use them for marketing purposes, such as our website or social media. All content will remain anonymous, and no personal client details will ever be shared.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the county where Gulf Coast Dive Inspections is registered.
